TOUR ITINERARY

Day 01 : Srinagar - Sonmarg
Arrival Srinagar Airport, transfer to Sonmarg, visit tajeswar glacier, Over night stay at Sonmarg.

Day 02 : Sonmarg – Baltal – Panjtarni - Srinagar
Early morning transfer to Baltal via Sonmarg, Departure to Panjtarni by Helicopter from Baltal Helipad, After darshan Return back to Helipad at Panjtarni to board helicopter back to Baltal, Transfer by vehicle from Baltal to Srinagar. Up on arrival check-in at Houseboat. Overnight stay at Srinagar.

Day 03 : Depart from Srinagar
After breakfast, Shikara ride, time free till departure, Transfer to Srinagar Airport to board on ward Flight. Tour Concludes.

PACKAGE COST: PER PERSON: INR 13,500 + 2.58% GST

• Return Helicopter Baltal – Panchtarni – Baltal.
• 1 Night stay at Srinagar.
• 1 Night stay at Sonmarg.
• Morning Breakfast & Dinner during Hotel stay.
• Shikara ride at Srinagar.
• All transfers by Non AC Car / Van on sharing basis.
• Travel Insurance worth 100,000 as per Policy documents.

Package excludes:-
• Entry fee to Places of interest
• Expenses for hiring pony, palque etc during Trekking.
• Expenses of personal nature.
• Any thing not included in inclusions.
• Service Tax 2.58%.

SONMARG: Swiss Tents, Hotel Sonmarg Palace or similar
SRINAGAR: Deluxe House boat or similar.

Important Information:

1.        If the Helicopter does not operate due to bad weather, technical or any other unforeseen reasons, Jetways Travels will not be responsible for any financial loss that may be incurred by the passengers due to this. The Helicopter operator may offer the passengers an option to travel the next day. In such cases the passengers would have to pay Rs. 2500 for the vehicle retention for 1 extra night and will also have to pay for their hotel accommodation for extra night. Alternately the passengers may make their own arrangement for the stay in Sonmarg / Panjtarni.
In case the passenger is unable to perform the Helicopter journey due to the above mentioned reasons, they are entitled to full refund for the airfare only.

2.        The Helicopter travel is subject to all the terms and conditions mentioned on the Helicopter ticket. Passengers are requested to read them carefully.

3.        In case of Non availability of Helicopter tickets on Given dates, we may change yatra schedule.

4.        In case, you fail to return on same day to Baltal, stay arrangement at Cave will be made by you.

Information required for Booking:

a] Full Name and Gender of all passenger with Fathers Name.
b] Full address and phone no. of all passenger.
c] Details of ID card and No. that would be carried by the passenger in whose name booking is being made.
D] Name of Nominee, Telephone number & address.

Documents accepted as Valid ID Proof:

Valid Passport/Driving License/Election Card/Pan Card/Photo Id issued by Govt./PSU and School Photo ID

15 Days more prior to the operation of the booked INR 2000
14 -7 Days prior to the operation of the booked tour 50% of total tour cost
6-3 Days prior to the operation of the booked tour 75% of total tour cost
02 Days prior to the operation of the booked tour 100% of total tour cost
